Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Hospitality Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction in our Hotel. The majority of the shifts will be 3pm-10pm along with some 12 noon -7pm. Weekends are necessary as this is the busiest time for hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serving guests in the Tea Room, the lounge bar and the veranda
- Setting up tables for Afternoon teas and for breakfast
- Serve food and beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Hand washing the bone china tea sets, plates and tiered stands
- Taking orders and preparing drinks at the bar promptly and courteously

**Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
- Knowledge of food presentation techniques and bar operations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
