**Essential Functions**:

- Manage AP & AR
- Accurate posting of transactions in Sage
- Monthly reports sent timely to Group Finance Director
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
- Payroll and NEST Pensions
- VAT Returns
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboarding of new employees
- Employee relations, including counseling and grievance procedures with regard to employment matters
- Coordinate all HR related activities
- Assist with the development of company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development of company training programs as needed
- Support the development of employee relations policies and procedures as well as employee relations reports to management
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- AAT qualified or part qualified desirable.
- Previous experience working within an Finance and/or HR environment preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Sage and Payroll manager desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
