Here at **Human Appeal,** we have an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Arabic Digital Marketing **to join our team based in** Cheadle, Greater Manchester**.** **You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£50-60k per annum.**

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Head of Arabic Digital Marketing**:

- Working in line with the integrated global digital marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques in the MENA Region
- Working with the Social Media team to ensure marketing activities focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube and others as appropriate
- Working with the Head of Online UK on creating and building digital campaigns
- Monitoring and optimising campaign progress regularly, producing reports during and after campaigns, or as required
- Ensuring the charity’s digital marketing and social media activities in the MENA Region are monitored, evaluated and adapted regularly during and after campaigns
- Following Human Appeal’s Social Media Policy, working towards best practice in order to safeguard the charity and it’s staff members online
- Working closely with third parties, agencies or consultants within the MENA Region when required, in order to ensure the highest value is achieved within budget
- Maintaining the charity’s profiles and accounts in the MENA Region on fundraising platforms
- To track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attaining key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually working on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Fixing any errors or bugs in online content
- Creating online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management for the MENA Region
- Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the Charity is at the forefront of Sector developments

**What we’re looking for in our Head of Arabic Digital Marketing**:

- Educated to post-graduate level, ideally in a relevant field e.g., Digital Marketing
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Experience of managing relationships with, or working for, a digital / marketing agency
- Experience of using analytics and monitoring tools to report on complex qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to analyse and present information, compile reports and make informed recommendations
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for a charity / INGO is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the Arabic culture and market audience
- Computer literate, with knowledge of the full MS Office Suite
- High level of expertise as a user of social media sites, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- High level of expertise as a user of social media tools, including Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sprout Social
- High level of expertise using online analytic software, including Google Analytics, Adwords, Double Click, Facebook Business Manager and Bing Ads
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English is essential
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
