As we expand our presence, we are seeking a skilled and licensed Professional Piercer to join our team for the launch of a brand-new piercing studio at the Notting Hill Store.

As the inaugural piercer, you will play a crucial role in providing expert piercing services, establishing a welcoming atmosphere, and setting the standard for excellence in our piercing offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers in a friendly and informative manner, providing guidance on piercing placement, jewellery, and assisting with selection.
- Performing professional and safe piercing procedures, adhering to the highest hygiene standards and industry best practices.
- Supporting and educating the retail team on piercing while providing technical information to the Retail Operations team.
- Establishing and maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety protocols within the piercing studio, including equipment sterilisation and compliance with local regulations.
- Delivering excellence in customer service in a luxury environment aligned with our brand values.
- Providing aftercare advice and service to customers, resolving piercing-related issues.
- Staying updated on the latest piercing trends and jewellery collections to offer recommendations based on customer preferences and style.
- Collaborating as a team player in a diverse, high-energy environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in piercing.
- Must be licensed to pierce in Westminster
