**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct topographic and utility surveys in various environments, including urban, suburban, and rural areas.
- Utilize a variety of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, GPR, and utility locating equipment.
- Interpret and process survey data using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
- Prepare accurate and detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while on-site.
- Keep abreast of advancements in surveying technology and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in topographic and utility surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and GPR.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various project sites.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
