**Job Title** - HGV Fitter
**Salary**- £47,000 per annum
**Location** - Castle Donington
**Hours** - Monday-Friday Days
**Benefits** - Flexible hours and overtime available
**Role Overview**
Extensive experience as an HGV fitter/mechanic is vital, as all vehicles will need to pass stringent company tests before being declared roadworthy, or ready to be sent out for MOT.
MOTs are completed every six weeks, so this will form a significant part of the planned maintenance schedule.
Other tasks will include attending breakdowns, fixing cosmetic damage, and ensuring that the units adhere to standard safety regulations.
- Be an experienced HGV fitter/mechanic
- To have undertaken service work
- MOT prep work (actual MOT experience not required as this is completed by a third party)
- Experience working for hire fleets or service providers is desirable
- Experience working on refrigeration and/or car transportation trailers is desirable
