We are an Official Partner of many world renown brands such as Universal Studios, Paramount, Hasbro, and over 35 Football Clubs. We are a Print-on-Demand business which sells Officially Licensed Wall Art products, we produce all designs and products at our print studio in New Mills, to hundreds of thousands of customers across the globe.

We are an agile team often collaborating and working together in a small team to complete projects and business activities.

**Order Personalisation**
You will be trained to use design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and save personalised print files for customers order. This involves editing and re-saving print files, which are immediately made available to the production team, using Illustrator and Dropbox.

**Returns**
Management and handling of returned orders in the post.

**Product Uploading**
Managing the creation of new products on our website (Themed.co.uk), Amazon, eBay and Etsy.

**Customer Service**
You will work within a team to help manage day to day customer service queries, offering support and solutions to customers through the channels which the business sells.

The role will initially focus on assisting our customers and providing them with updates on the delivery of their orders.

These are the main daily responsibilities of the role. There will be further growth opportunities within the role and additional tasks such as Admin, Production and Clerical Tasks and Projects which you will be involved within regularly.

We are located on Ensor Way in New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4NQ.

Our office is a 5-minute walk from New Mills Central Train Station and an 8-minute walk from New Mills Newtown Train Station. There are many buses which stop nearby our Office including the 199, 389, 358 and other bus routes. We have free parking directly outside our office also.

Holidays: 28 Days per annum, including bank holidays.

Start date: ASAP.
