Grove Site Services are looking for CSCS Labourers to work with one of our most valued clients on a Refurbisment project in Barnstable, Devon

**Requirements**:

- Valid CSCS card
- On-Site Labouring experience
- Experience on commercial projects
- Two construction-based work references
- Valid UK driving licence and transport - Preferable but not essential

Some of the roles expected are:

- Civil Engineering / Hacking off flashings / Demolition
- Clearance of fences and exisiting hoarding
- Clearance of Vegitation around the site
- General Labouring duties

Working Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts

Contract length: 5 Months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour Paid Weekly / UTR - CIS or PAYE

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barnstaple, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
