The Customer Account Manager will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between all stakeholders, ensuring the Company delivers an excellent customer experience and achieves objectives.

Based in Manchester this client is now looking for a Customer Account Manager to maintain relationships with clients, follow orders from start to finish and make sure the whole process in running smoothly

**Description**

**The responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager will include but not limited to**:

- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
- To work closely with the team to provide strong coordination skills
- To gain an understanding of the planning schedules to ensure all needs are met

**Profile**
- Strong Customer Coordination experience
- Confident maintaining relationships
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

**Job Offer**

**What the client is offering**:

- Salary on offer is £23,500 - £26,000
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
