Front of House Assistant
Hourly Rate: £15 - £18 per hour
Front of House Assistant Responsibilities:

- Welcoming all guests, visitors, and contractors professionally with a warm manner
- Being helpful and resolving queries, using effective listening, questioning and problem-solving skills
- Obtaining Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from friends of staff/visitors and liaising with security guards on this
- Overseeing and supporting all essential administrative processes, room bookings, and catering requests
- Running errands and order stock to manage and maintain standards in reception and helping with inbox queries
- Assisting wider teams with other ad hoc tasks and working effectively with the Administrative team, the Ops and Facilities teams, Security and the wider company
Front of House Assistant Essentials:

- Minimum 6 months reception experience
- A confident, friendly, energetic 'people person'
- Proactive, ability to prioritise well, and be flexible where needed
- Has initiative and can make own decisions when needed
- Highly organised and thorough, with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a team environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to deal tactfully, calmly and effectively with a wide range of people
