Dual Officer

Steelforce Security are currently recruiting for a dual role as a Response Officer and Control Room operator to work out of our Head Office based in Wallasey, Merseyside.

Working as a Mobile Response Officer you will respond to alarm callouts, perform contractual duties, perform vehicle and foot patrols as instructed from our Control Room. You will also be required to attend our manned guarding sites to conduct supervisory checks.

The role of a Control Room Operator is interesting and varied, involving all aspects of control room-based duties such as monitoring CCTV systems, reporting incidents or suspicious behaviour, dispatching Response Officers, communicating with staff & emergency services, and providing a customer focused and evidence-based control room service.
