**What will you be doing?**
- Assisting external customer queries regarding their credit report whilst maintaining data protection at all times
- Verify customer details and credit limits are accurate and sufficient to trade
- Ensuring billing is completed with the SLA’s and accurately
- Process account amendments to conform to company and legal requirements
- Review and process all amendments to Direct Debits on customer accounts
- Action the processing of payments received

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience and understanding the importance of meeting company SLAs at targets
- Excellent numerical ability
- Polite and assertive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work well under pressure
