**JOB: Telesales Apprentice**

**About us**

We are a small friendly online architectural design company.

With over 10 years of experience within the industry, we work on a number of bespoke design projects, dealing with planning permission, building regulations and structural calculations for extensions, loft conversions, new dwellings and garden rooms.

You will be able to work from home.

This is not a high pressured cold lead telesales role, no cold calling required.

You will be calling warm leads that have already expressed an interest in our services.

**THE ROLE**:

- Calling new prospects and selling our services
- Working closely with other team members

**REQUIREMENTS**:
You will need your own phone and laptop with **good broadband connection**.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, strong values with an ability to establish immediate rapport.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Passion for work, honest and ethical
- Flexible / Adaptable / Can do, will do attitude.
- Quiet space to work, with no distractions or interruptions

**WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?**

This role would suit a school leaver or other person of any age looking to become a telesales executive.

You must have a passion for property and the home improvement market and be looking for a longterm career.

Working with one of the largest online design companies in the UK today, designing extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms and bespoke new houses.

In return we will provide a rare opportunity to become a telesales executive in the architectural services industry, without having to go to college and university, with all the associated costs and debt but to be paid while you train.

The apprenticeship part of the job will be online in business administration, requiring 2 days per month.

This is a full time position.

You will need to be 17 and over.

The apprenticeship is for 13 months at £7 per hour, with on target commission earnings £20k per annum.
