YOUR ROLE

Our operation in Castle Donington are looking for a customer centric and results driver Warehouse Controller to support our high profile, aerospace customer.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will provide management control through effective planning, organisation and communication to ensure all KPI’s and service levels are achieved. You will take accountability for the general people management on shift whilst implementing and embedding a culture of employee engagement and drive operational excellence to keep your team motivated and focused to perform all activities relating to receipt, storage, launch and dispatch of materials. Quality management is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring all materials and processes are completed correctly and they comply with the appropriate inspections protocols.

You can expect to work Monday to Friday, starting anytime between 07:30 and 10:00, with your shift being roughly 8 hours long.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

It goes without saying that you will be IT proficient able to use various systems and MS packages with strong report writing and statistical investigative skills. SAP experience is also desirable, however not essential.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours to support operations as and when needed.
