- Manage multiple tenders and projects throughout various stages.
- Obtaining quotations and negotiations.
- Identifying, documenting, and costing project variations
- Establishing and maintaining client relations
- Carry out site surveys and prepare reports.
- Estimate costs for labour, materials and equipment.
- Reading and understanding tender information
- Review and understand the scope of works
- Read, understand and take off measurements and details from drawings.
- Take dimensions and details from site visits to allow for accurate pricing of materials.
- Visiting site to assess scope of work, to meet clients & architects. To review the works
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Site Survey
- Complete a bill of materials
- Complete Gantt Chart
- Liaise with finance regarding costing
