Classic Care homes are seeking a professional, amiable maintenance person to join our team. We are a busy, friendly team who work hard to ensure our residents live in a safe and homely environment.

Your role will include:

- General repair, painting, completing health and safety audits and routine fire alarm tests.

A full driving license is required as you may be required to cover absence at our other Exeter based home.

Employment will be dependent on a clear DBS check and satisfactory references.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.80 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Teignmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
