**About the Role**:
**Base Location**: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness, and Perth

**Salary**: £62,324 - £71,370 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

**Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with product leadership roles to deliver successful business outcomes, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Responding to requests and incidents reported by users, aiming to resolve against agreed service level targets.
- Executing small projects to make improvements and provide support for larger projects as required.

**What do I need?**:
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- A self-starter with a positive, "Can-do" attitude and strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to work with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment, working on numerous activities simultaneously, working on your own initiative to deliver results.
- Experience of producing technical documentation to supplement team support processes and procedures.
