This role provides a great opportunity to gain a valued experience, whilst being able to have a significant impact on multiple projects, and to also work in a variety of environments which will give you a fantastic view of how the M&E industry operates.

**Day to day**:
This role provides the opportunity to be part of something that will last for generations. You will be part of a team that helps design and consult on multiple projects across our business. From residential care villages, to hotels and ground breaking innovative client projects, you will be involved throughout the process.

Our team consists of eight experienced members who bring their expertise from the construction industry. We prioritise creating a friendly and inviting environment while emphasising employee flexibility and work-life balance. As we undergo a significant system transition, this role holds a vital position in driving and facilitating this change. While the role starts with transactional responsibilities, it also offers a pathway to contribute to process design and improvement, reflecting our commitment to growth and innovation.

This is a Fixed Term Contract 6 - 12 months (expectation is 6 months)

This will often include the following activities.
- Setting up new sub-contractor accounts, carrying out all necessary checks and verifications.
- Monitor and request sub-contractor insurance renewal documents.
- Arrange and renew sub-contractor self billing agreements.
- Processing of sub-contract invoices, including weekly sub-contract invoices and certificates.
- Liaising with the Quantity Surveyor and the sub-contractor should there be any anomalies and/or queries.
- Assist the Accounts Manager with Suggested Payments Reports and BACS payments as and when required.
- Liaise with Payroll with regard starters and leavers.
- Process expenses twice a month on the 15th and 30th.
Enter data record of expenses on the relevant month per staff member. Reconcile and resolve any disputed items timeously.

- Intermediate Excel level essential; Powerpoint preferable
- Expreince of Sage 200 preferred but not essential.
