Desk Host

About The Role***

We are currently recruiting for Desk Hosts to work within Bristol International Airport.
- Working on a permanent basis between Monday and Sunday 5 shifts on, 3 shifts of which would be 3 early shifts, 5.00am - 2.00pm and 2 late shifts 2pm - 10pm.- You will need to be fully flexible for this position.- The role can be physically demanding at times so please be aware when applying.- The Desk Host will efficiently run either the landside or airside desk and be the friendly first point of contact for all passengers requiring assistance as per their requirements.**Main Duties**:

- Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
- Promptly answers the Phone in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
- Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Previous customer service / reception experience is essential
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- IT literate
