Catfoss Recruitment Ltd are currently in partnership with a well-established building environmental specialist company and due to continued business growth, they are looking to an experienced Energy Assessor and a Trainee Energy Assessor on a permanent basis to their expanding team.

Trainee Energy Assessor - Trainee SAP / On Construction Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
- Liaising with clients
- Producing SAP Calculations - (SAP = Standard Assessment Procedure)
- Being involved in SAP Assessments and modelling improvements
- Energy and Sustainability statements for planning
- Consult on building design to comply with Part L

Trainee Energy Assessor - To be considered for this role of Trainee OCDEA SAP Assessor, you will ideally:

- Have a good attention to detail.
- Good mathematical / IT skills.
- Be able to self-manage a busy and time critical schedule of work
- Be self-motivated and able to deal with a fast-moving, high-pressure environment

Trainee Energy Assessor - Desirable
- Any relevant qualifications in Construction & Built Environment or similar that cover Energy Sustainability / Assessment / Modelling
- Some Energy Assessor experience or similar
