**Who We Are**
BritMates is a Korean platform that connects freelance English tutors from all over the world with students in South Korea. We offer online teaching tools designed to make the virtual learning experience super easy and effective for both students and tutors.All lessons are carried out online so you can work anywhere at any time
As well as the academic curriculum, we also provide lessons that are more interactive and conversational. This is where you will shine the most We provide BritMate’s own unique characteristics that emphasis our brand identity and global culture. We aremore than just a tutoring platform but a community where teachers and students form a sense of friendship.
**The Role**
The classes run according to the South Korean time (GMT+9). You will be responsible for tracking pupils progress throughout their tuition. You may teach a wide range of age group with various level of English skills
- complete beginners to advanced students.After each class you will create and provide personalized class reports.
**Requirements**:
- A NATIVE English Speaker
- Tech-savvy and use your own magic spell to solve technical issues with remote teaching
- Equipped with digital devices for remote work e.g. PC/Mac, laptops, webcam, headphones, microphones, etc.
- Flexible attitudes towards work hours and meeting various types of students’ need
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Keen to participate in our community activities to improve student’s learning experience and bring in your own character to the lessons
**Working Hours**
We are currently looking for teachers who can work on Weekdays
- Work Shift A: 3 or 4 Weekdays
- Work Shift B: 5 Weekdays (Mon-Fri)
Then below are the 3-time blocks offered that you may choose from.
The time blocks are:
Extra 14:00 - 16:00 in Korea Time (KST)
Block A: 16:00 - 19:00 in Korea Time (KST)
Block B: 19:00 - 22:00 in Korea Time (KST)
Block C: 22:00 - 1:00am in Korea Time (KST)
*We currently prioritize teachers who can work in Block A, B and C.
