**Graduate Teaching Assistant - Westminster, London**

**Teaching Assistant - Job Details**:

- Full-time, Long-Term position (for the entire academic year) - Term time only
- Start in September
- **Competitive daily rate of £90 to £100 -** Weekly payment

**About Our SEN School**:

- Our focus is to provide a secure and nurturing environment where students, aged 11-18, feel valued and confident to embrace new challenges.
- Students will present a variety of additional learning needs, including Autism, Speech Delay, ADHD, Dyslexia, and social anxieties.

**Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant**:

- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Provide individual support to students requiring additional assistance
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
- Aid in administrative tasks and preparation of learning resources
- Facilitate small group activities and encourage active student participation

**Teaching Assistant Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or related fields are advantageous)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students
- Passion for special education and a sincere desire to make a positive impact
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic school environment
- Strong organisational skills and effective multitasking abilities
