**Team Leader in our West Kent; Tunbridge Wells team**
**. **Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focussed culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff..

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

**Salary**:£33,365.47 to £35,226.32 dependent on experience

**Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**:

- As a team leader, your responsibilities encompass operational line management, including supervision with reflective practice, appraisal, performance, and sickness management. You'll also ensure that staff adhere to CGL and external policies relevant to their roles.
- Empowering your team is crucial, fostering an environment that promotes hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities, ultimately helping service users realise their full potential as individuals and community members.
- Collaborating with your team, you'll ensure that practices within the team/service effectively identify service users, children, and families at risk, and that staff are proficient in delivering interventions that reduce risk.
- Supporting staff to enhance service user outcomes through observed practice and timely, values-based feedback is a key part of your role.
- To provide effective case management and coordination covering areas of risk, problematic behaviour, housing, social functioning, employability, psychological and physical health.

- Your qualifications include being educated to degree level or substantive and relevant experience of working in this sector.
- You bring a wealth of skills and qualities to the table, including the proficiency to lead, inspire, and foster team development.
- Your expertise extends to cultivating positive working cultures and relationships that are firmly grounded in CGL's core values.
- You've demonstrated your ability to communicate effectively across a range of formats, ensuring your message reaches a diverse audience.
