**Estates Management Officer**

**Role**:Full-time, permanent

**The Role**:
We’re seeking a meticulous and customer-focussed Estates Management Officer to assist in the provision and day-to-day management of contracted services and processes that support Estates activities at our Fawdon manufacturing site. Working in a fast-paced and changeable environment, you’ll coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of the site’s facilities (ranging from pest control and grounds maintenance, to helping coordinate small building repairs and upkeep, various facilities works with the site handymen, cleaning and catering services) responding to and reporting site issues and delegating work accordingly to ensure the successful resolution, escalating to the Estates Coordinator Lead as required. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, approachable and energetic to also undertake a range of general administrative activities including, visitor management, and mail operations to ensure the smooth Estates running of the site.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in a similar Estates / Facilities administration role
- Experience of contract or Supplier management
- Confident, methodical and calm, even under pressure, with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service and stakeholder management
- Proven administration and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce a consistent level of accurate information
- You thrive on being busy, and have the ability to use initiative when managing conflicting deadlines and multiple tasks showing adaptability in fast-paced and changeable environments.
- Positive and proactive team player with ‘can-do’ behaviours, known for your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with all levels of authority
- Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office).
- IOSH membership, or NEBOSH General Certificate would be advantageous but experience is more important.
