**Administration Assistant**

**12-16H PER WEEK**

**Split over 2 or 3 days. Flexible working.**

**Some work to be undertaken at our Office in Broxburn while other tasks can be completed at home. Some meetings with new staff members to collect and sign paperwork will be required.**

Polished Scot Cleaning are expanding and we are looking for someone with Office Administration experience to take on some responsibilities within our business. These will be:

- Onboarding new members of staff and performing the correct checks etc.
- Use of Accounting software to track spending
- Invoicing all clients on a monthly basis and matching/tracking these transactions
- Processing wages and Payroll including pensions and savings contributions
- Liaising with managers and team leaders to enhance communication.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is able to work using their own initiative
- Can learn quickly, but knows when to ask for assistance
- Has experience of using SAGE Business software in either HR or Payroll
- Has experience in HR, or is willing to undertake training on this

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
