The Restaurant is an all-day dining restaurant open from 7am with last order at 10.30pm serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.

Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Bar Supervisor will have proven experience in a quality bar, good cocktail knowledge as well as a strong passion for exceptional guest service.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the Bar in the restaurant,
- Stock take and requisitions
- Supporting the F&B Manager in the day to day running of the bar.
