Sheq Advisor

Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Advisor required for our client, a specialist building services provider who operate throughout the Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey area. The H&S / Health and Safety Advisor will be reporting to the H&S manager, carryingout a range of tasks including (but not limited to); Carrying out regular site inspections, compiling site reports and maintaining paperwork regarding all health and safety matters. Providing advice to all managerial, office and site personnel including subcontractorsemployed under the company. Attending client meetings with other team members when required.

Assist in the production of RAMS applicable to the scope of works being carried. Assist in the production/review of CoSHH assessments when required and updating Policies, Procedures and Forms to meet Company and regulatory requirements in line with ISO standards.
The SHEQ advisor must hold their IOSH and / or NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualifications and live within commutable distance of the office in Portsmouth. As site visits etc. will be required, a full UK driving license would be required for the role.

**SHEQ Compliance AdvisorPosition Requirements**
- Experience in a similar position, e.g. as a SHEQ advisor (ideally 5+ years, minimum)
- IOSH and NEBOSH (or equivalent)
- Trained to deliver relevant training courses, e.g. on Asbestos, Manual Handling, Working at Heights etc.
- Based within the Portsmouth area
- Full UK Driving license

**SHEQ Compliance AdvisorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary £40,000 to £42,000 depending on experience
- 40 hour working week
