To provide support to both the clinical team and patients registered with Riverside Health Centre

To ensure smooth, efficient and compassionate delivery of care

Although the post-holder will take responsibility for their own work, they will work as part of the reception team, and be supervised and mentored by the Reception Manager.

All patients are required to wear a face covering in any of our practices. The business is operating under strict infection control guidelines in accordance with NHSE.

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
