Clinical Fellow leading in the Management of Mental Health Conditions related to Parkinson's disease

The advertised post is to support the Parkinson’s team that sits within the department of Complex Care, in the delivery of holistic care for people with Parkinson’s disease and associated Mental Health Conditions in Manchester. The post will be primarily based at
Buccleuch Lodge Day Hospital, with further input at Ward F12 (the complex care ward with specialist expertise in Parkinson's), however the successful applicant will also be responsible for visiting patients within multiple settings including their own homes, other inpatient wards, care homes and associated tertiary clinics.
