IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician Overview:

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to a school based in Fleet.
- Ensure all ICT needs are met in relation to teaching, learning and administering.
- Utilise the helpdesk systems and manage all tickets and requests.
- Ensure all equipment is installed including, PCs, laptops, projectors, AV equipment, digital signage, printers, etc.
- Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate on-site issues with all relevant information.
- Reimaging devices, finding missing or updated drivers where required
- Restoring data
- Hardware repair and replacement
- Ensuring monitoring alerts are investigated and where required logged on the helpdesk.
- Liaise with 3rd party software and service providers where required.
