**Job description**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in our busy high street shop in Birstall.

**Experience and skills required**

Must have at least 2 years experience working in a high street Travel Agency

Have the ability to source, research and book Package Holidays, Luxury Holidays, Tailor Made holidays, Cruises, Worldwide Tours, Coach Holidays, Flight only.

Looking after our clients from the first enquiry to their return

The ability to build relationships with existing and new clients and members of the travel industry

Excellent communication skills and provide outstanding customer service

A knowledge of travel booking systems, IT, travel back office and social media
