Avisford Park Hotel has 140 bedrooms, the **Chef De Partie** with their team will provide a service to a bustling lounge, restaurant and functions.
Our **Chef De Partie **will have passion and commitment to quality, show team work to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the well known high standards and have the autonomy to share vison and experience to deliver quality dishes.
The Role:
- To be an integral member of the kitchen in producing an exception food experience
- To ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to.
- You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative.
This is an ideal role for someone with previous chef experience with an eye for detail & a passion for perfection

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with meal preparation as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a culinary or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
