Outbound Telemarketing/Customer Care Calls - no selling involved
Office based - in Uttoxeter
Ad-hoc / flexi hours - between 9am and 5 pm. (15 hours per week).
**Skills required**:
Good telephone manner.
Ability to problem solve.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
A ‘can do’ attitude.
