Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa is a 17th century 4 star hotel. We pride ourselves on the building being in keeping with the building. It was lovingly restored in 2007 by the current owners.

It has 61 guest bedrooms, two busy restaurants and can host a variety of busy functions, weddings and conferences. We also have a luxury spa on site.

The reception is the vibrant hub of the hotel. It is the start and final point of the guests experience and we expect every guest to have the best.

Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.

Previous knowledge of Guestline, Rezlynx and core is an advantage.

Daily duties will include
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Answering of the phone and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Handling of reservation enquiries and bookings for both bedrooms, spa and the hotel restaurants.
- Processing payments
- Working as part of a team
- Supporting other departments
- Cash handling
- Good housekeeping in the reception
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Competent housekeeping skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
