We're on the lookout for an in administrator to join our Investment operations team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.
Integral to this role is organisation and attention to detail. This means being a pro at managing work flow items assigned to you and supporting the team in a variety of asset servicing functions including dividend and corporate actions and supporting the wider investment operations team. Every day you'll manage multiple queries all with the aim of ensuring actions are dealt with within agreed timeframes, enabling our advisers to get the best outcome for their clients'.
You'll spend your time:

- Managing internal and external queries, across multiple channels
- Supporting the investment operations team across the investment lifecylce, initially working within dividend processing but support other teams (trading/corporate actions/data) where necessary
- Updating procedures
- Sharing your knowledge across the platform operations team and wider business
- Building and maintain third-party relationships, ensuring we get the best from our suppliers and our clients are at the heart of everything you do

Your friends would probably describe you as the "super-organised" one, ridiculously well planned and someone who takes time to really understand people and their needs. You're the type of person who asks great questions to understand expectations but can react like lightening to solve problems as they occur.

- Previous experience in the financial services industry and ideally working with a wrap platform
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Able to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the details
- Excellent communication skills - We need you to be completely comfortable representing our culture and values, with an emphasis on a speedy, friendly style
- Able to anticipate the needs of those you work with, juggling conflicting priorities
- The ability to think laterally and come up with new solutions to old problems
