**Food Technology Cover Supervisor**

**Location**: Secondary School in Greenwich

**Contract Type**: Temporary

**Dates**: November 27th to December 20th, 2023

Are you passionate about food and technology, and do you enjoy working with secondary school students? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a secondary schools team as a Food Technology Cover Supervisor in Greenwich. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide temporary cover for their Food Technology department from November 27th to December 20th.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Food Technology Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering pre-set lessons to secondary school students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Managing the classroom environment and ensuring a safe and conducive learning space.
- Supporting students with their understanding of food technology concepts and practical skills.
- Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

- A background in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and food technology concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced school environment.
- Prior experience in education or working with secondary school students is a plus.
