Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the routine operation of all warehouse activities on site in compliance with GxP.

Key duties:

- Assist & deputise for the Warehouse department manager for the following activities:

- Meet agreed Manufacturing schedules through Bill of material picking for Manufacturing process orders and adhoc requests for additional materials
- Day to day supervision of Warehouse operators Ensure the Warehouse facilities are maintained and monitored in a manner compliant with all GXP (e.g. GMP & GDP) and regulatory standards
- Ensuring all operations are carried out according to Health & Safety and Quality SOPs
- Shipment of materials, pharmaceutical product, intermediates and active substances to and from customers/suppliers, ensuring compliance with all regulations and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate stock listings and carry out regular stock take counts
- Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards within the Warehouse in order to be audit ready
- Receipt material deliveries within the Warehouse in a timely manner using SAP
- Coordinate uplift of site waste with waste contractor maximizing transport vehicle availability
- Assist in hosting client and regulatory audits / inspections of Warehouse facilities
- Attend key meetings on site as a representative of the Warehouse department
- Promote a clean, tidy, healthy and safe working environment
- Stock control/inventory management using SAP system
- Provide ‘on call’ cover for the Warehouse
- Knowledge of GMP and EHS standards
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehousing/inventory control capacity
- Experience working in a GMP warehouse
- Current forklift licence
- PC literate including an ERP

**Salary**: Up to £38,000.00 per year
