The job entails receiving orders into the department for checking, packing and dispatch to destinations all over the world.

**Reports to: Pharmacy Manager**

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Ensure packets and parcels are packaged neatly and securely.
- Record package numbers, courier items and international packages before collection.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- To undertake training as requested to maintain your knowledge and expertise;
- To take responsibility for and attend to your self-development;
- To assist with such in-house training as may be required;
- To achieve balanced levels of output flow, between the morning and afternoon;
- To take responsibility for your levels of activity;
- To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team with mínimal supervision;
- To comply with the Company’s policies and procedures as specified in the Employee Handbook;
- To ensure the confidentiality and security of all the Company and patient documentation and information;
- To maintain clear and precise communications with other personnel within the Company and to create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships;
