**SPECIFIC DUTIES**
- Maintain the gardens and grounds to a residential property.
- Have the ability to use general garden machinery, lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, jet washing and attending to flower beds
- Basic maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry and basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Car washing
- Occasional driving
- Running errands

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Gardening knowledge
- Reasonable knowledge of DIY/ maintenance
- Good and comfortable with animals - must be able to work with dogs
- Flexible hours
- Honesty and reliability essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS**
- Organised and self-motivated
- Able to work on own initiative
- Practical
- Enjoy DIY
- Enjoy being outdoors
- Enjoy being with animals

**HOURS**
- 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break
- Approximately 3 days per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
