**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:

- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

Come and join our exciting team in Greenock branch where we are looking for someone enthusiastic and driven to help us continue to grow our branch in our local community. This role is a flexible working role and is a key role within our branch and would be most suited to someone who is flexible to work 24.5 hrs on a rota basis, Monday - Friday 9-5. What also makes this role really appealing is the work-life balance that it can also bring to the individual. Need a day off to do something important? We can work flexibly to accommodate this and leave your annual leave for those really exciting holidays instead

We have a strong team dedicated to the best possible customer care and outcomes which has helped Greenock branch continue to be an integral part of the community for 50+ years and continues to grow from strength to strength with new and existing customers. A major factor behind the success of our branch is the dedication our team have towards customer rapport and relationship building which makes our roles that bit more wholesome.

No working day in branch is ever the same. From serving customers on our counter, opening or changing accounts, helping us prepare and deliver Money Minds sessions to help educate adults and children on all matters money, to preparing and delivering frauds and scams sessions - we really are a branch that like to keep busy and are passionate about purposeful working

YBS Greenock branch is located on West Blackhall Street and in close proximity to all other financial institutions making our branch easily accessible and vibrant within the financial sector of the town. The branch is close to both Greenock bus and train stations making the branch a short walk to the public transport links.
