Shire Healthcare are currently sourcing a Speech and Language Therapist for a brand-new neurological rehabilitation service in Southeast London. The successful Speech and Language Therapist will join a 15-bed service supporting adults with long-term neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The role:

- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Completing assessments in relation to communication and swallowing disorders
- Creating and delivering individualised therapy programmes
- Supervising and mentoring Speech and Language Therapy Assistants and students

The ideal Speech and Language Therapist:

- Holds a relevant Degree/Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered.
- Experience of supporting adults with dysarthria, apraxia, dysphagia, cognitive communication disorder and aphasia

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
