Bookkeeper - Part Time

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and with month-end close
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software namely Sage
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
