Job Title: Events Administrator

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Near Hatfield
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

COMPANY PROFILE

The role of an Events Administrator is to support customer enquiries regarding the events taking place and liaising with various external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the events.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Previous experience within an events or sales/ marketing role
- Highly organised and a self-stater
- Strong IT skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communicator with the ability to speak to various stakeholders
- Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable at times

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing quotes to clients / venues
- Chasing invoices and answering any queries
- Managing bookings and organising on the system
- Following proposals on the phone
- Arranging meetings and viewings
- Organising final timings and numbers ahead of the events
- Customer satisfaction calls and service reviews on the success of the event
