Hernes Nest House a residential home in the beautiful riverside town of Bewdley is looking for Care Assistants to cover day shifts. The Home which has been rated Good in all CQCs new standards, cares for 21 residents, most with dementia. Putting person centred care at the core of everything we do, our staff ensure residents are well cared for, according them respect, dignity and independence, while helping them live well with dementia.
Hours are Flexible to cover both Early and Late Shifts. Must be willing to cover weekends as part of a rota.
It is preferable that applicants hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
If you feel you would like to join a dedicated team of carers who are passionate about care, have compassion and empathy towards the elderly, can dance with residents as if no one is looking, have a sense of humour and enjoy being with the elderly, we would love to hear from you.
