**Exciting Opportunity: HR Advisor for Crane and Plant hire firm, Haddenham**

**Summary of Role**

GGR Group Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly motivated HR generalist to work as HR Advisor.

There is plenty of opportunity to grow within the business, however we are looking for someone with the experience to hit the ground running.

This person would also have the opportunity to get involved in company wide HR Projects.

We have multiple brands representing our wide range of equipment in the new, used and hire markets, contributing to approximately £30m turnover and employing 150 staff.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing day to day HR support for Employee and Managers across all areas of HR
- Managing Employee Relations
- Manage and Lead Haddenham’s Recruitment and Resourcing
- Lead and Advise Managers on disciplinary, grievance and capability issues
- Support Managers with return to works and absence Management
- Support Managers with appraisals and develop plans. Managing training opportunities where applicable
- Work with HR Manager to review and update HR Policies.
- Manage and develop HR projects
- Onboarding - ensure all new starters are inducted successfully
- Produce paperwork/letters for all HR activities from Offer Letters and Contracts to Exit Interviews
- Reporting HR information via SAGE HR or Payroll. Ensuring HR databases and files are maintained.

**Experience, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Experience working in a generalist HR role.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with Management
- Strong Communicator
- Can work well under pressure
- Proactive approach to work.
- Strong Employment Law Knowledge
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

**Job Terms**

£30,000-£35,000

Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)

4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
