Receptionist/administrator

Role - Office Administrator
Hours - 8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-3:30pm Friday
Pay - £9.35 per hour
Location - Belper
Duration - Initially 6 weeks with potential extension
This role will focus on being the friendly face of this organisation as well as offering a great level of Administrative support to the wider team, ensuring all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner and supporting with all basic administrative tasks.
Although on an initial 6-week contract there is potential for extension.
" Previous Administration/Customer Service experience is essential
" Ability to work in a team, as well as self-motivate and work alone
" Basic knowledge of IT systems and confident with MS Excel
" Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
" A friendly telephone manner and great conversational skills
