**Position Overview**:As a Groundworker, you will be a vital part of our construction team, responsible for various groundwork tasks to support the smooth progress of our projects. Your expertise in ground preparation, drainage, and other related activities will be essential to ensure the timely completion of our construction ventures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out various groundwork activities, including excavation, backfilling, and compaction of trenches.
- Lay foundations, concrete slabs, and paving efficiently and accurately.
- Install and maintain drainage systems, ensuring effective water management on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools required for groundworks with proficiency and safety in mind.
- Collaborate with the construction team and follow instructions from site supervisors.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid CSCS card is essential.
- Blue Groundworker card (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Groundworker, demonstrating competence in groundwork activities.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment relevant to the role.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
