**Etex are on the lookout for an Operations Trainier**

**Bristol (BS20) /Burton on Trent (DE14) based - Hybrid Working**

**About the role**
- The job duties include generating standardised working instructions for operational-based shop floor activities, delivering training against working instructions with ongoing verification and validation, creating training material and sessions based on business needs, delivering Safestart behavioural training and mandatory safety training to employees, supporting and delivering engagement days to shop floor employees, and generating standardised working instructions incorporating risk assessments for each activity.- The role also involves optimising operations, maintaining 100% documented training records for each employee, and supporting the broader business with general CI/teams and engagement training. The role holder must be flexible in approach, ready to generate new working instructions and participate in the induction of new employees. They must also be a support resource when implementing major capital projects.**About you**
- You will be Able to:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work by themselves.
- Communicate well.
- Experience working within a shop floor manufacturing environment.
- An effective active listener. Speaks clearly and fluently, expresses opinions, information, and key points of an argument clearly and as appropriate for the audience
- Demonstrable relevant experience of working within a shop floor manufacturing environment
- Experience and awareness of manufacturing Health and Safety standards (permit to work, energy isolation, working at height etc.
