**EXPERIENCED PROPERTY RENTAL /LETTINGS CONSULTANT REQUIRED**

Our expanding rental department needs another enthusiastic, organised, **EXPERIENCED LETTINGS AGENT **to help manage the property portfolio.

**Previous experience in the lettings industry and RSW is essential -** dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors, inspections and day to day rental queries.

Ideally this is a full time position but some flexible working hours / part time options may be available. This vacancy is for Carmarthen office.

Other essential skills include: Car owner / driver, excellent IT knowledge, good organisational ability and be a team player with great people skills

Salary dependent on experience - excellent career opportunities available for those with extensive rental industry knowledge.
