Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle service needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.

Salary £27k basic / £32k OTE including bonuses and overtime

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Provide customers with detailed information about recommended services and repairs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for services and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up calls in a professional manner
- Process payments for services rendered and maintain accurate records of transactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
